- • understand and accept that Ulla Hudson, Patrick Hudson and Windsong Dressage and Equestrian Center and their employees are NOT responsible for any injuries or expenses sustained or incurred by you or any individual with you while handling, riding or in the vicinity of horses
- • that whether you are on the property of Ulla Hudson, Patrick Hudson and Windsong Dressage and Equestrian Center or at shows or events in New Mexico or elsewhere, this understanding still applies.
- • If you enter the property whether as guest, student or boarder or in any other capacity as for example in attending clinics or delivering products or supplies or doing work on these premises, you agree to explain this issue to your relatives and next of kin so that in the event of your death during an equestrian activity they will understand that you decided to take the risks, including death, paralysis and other serious injury.
- • you agree to use protective equipment, such as helmets and braces, and that if you do not use this equipment it is your own choice. You understand and agree that Ulla Hudson has recommended that you wear protective equipment at all times when riding or around horses.
- • you take full responsibility for your actions and expenses around any horses or the property of Ulla Hudson, Patrick Hudson and Windsong Dressage and Equestrian Center and agree that any disagreements regarding this will be handled in the jurisdiction of the State Court of New Mexico.
